Robbers Roost Hot Sauce – Robbers Roost was a notorious hideout for outlaws in the 1860’s. Possibly where $60,000 in army payroll gold was buried after being stolen by six masked outlaws. Our sauce is crafted using Irish Red from Maxline Brewing. Add this sauce to eggs, meat, or veggies to bring a subtle, flavorful heat.

Beer Jelly

NoCo Beer Jelly – Delicious served with a variety of meats and cheeses or used as a glaze for roasting pork or chicken. The flavor of each beer jelly is true to the style of beer used.

Oils and Vinegars

Premium Balsamic Vinegar – This balsamic vinegar offers a richness and depth of flavor, this balsamic vinegar is great with a salad, drizzled over fruit, or with dipping spices.

Marinades

Balsamic Honey Marinade

Garlic Herb Marinade – You’ll want to try this robust, Italian flavored marinade that makes a great alternative to bottled dressings. This one is especially delicious used with flank steak or london broil. It will liven up any type of grilled protein or veggie.

Sesame Soy Ginger Marinade – A simple, yet delicious and versatile marinade that gives distinctive Asian flavor to chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, or veggies.

Sleeping Giant Spicy Mustard – Legend tells of a sleeping giant that was cut down to access the Valley of Contentment, creating what is now known as Horsetooth Rock. This spicy mustard is crafted using Grimm Brothers Brewhouse Dunkel Lager, Fearless Youth and is fantastic for spicing up any sandwich, pork chop, or bratwurst.
